Then, drive your car to the church for a (safe and physically-distant) parade of cars to spread God’s love and new life.
Gather at 10:50 AM in the church parking lot–rain or shine.
Depart at 11:00 AM
Stay in your vehicle (do NOT exit). You can roll down your windows, play music, wave at friends and onlookers, and decorate your vehicles with signs and symbols of God’s great love.
Donate much needed food supplies to God’s Pantry by rolling down your window and dropping off in collection bin under the covered portico. God’s Pantry has seen a dramatic increase in people requesting help. Non-perishables accepted, and needed most are proteins, including:
canned meats and peanut butter,
breakfast foods,
soups,
and canned fruits.
Drop off tithes and offerings in bin under covered portico (or give online).
Follow instructions and signs to line up your vehicle in parade.
Stay in your vehicle--do not get out. We want to be respectful of the needed physical distancing to keep everyone healthy and safe. Wave, smile, and holler from your seat. There is no bathroom or building access.
Follow police escort and cars in front of you as we depart from parking lot at 11:00 AM and enter the Palomar neighborhood.
