Yes, there is a $25 fee for all sellers. This fee is reduced to $15 if you volunteer for one shift. This fee is waived entirely if you work two shifts.

Work times and check in times are chosen through your registered seller account here. If you would like a friend to work with you, email kidsconsignmentsale@gmail.com and indicate your friend’s name and your shift. There are shifts that say MEN only (age 21 and over).  These shifts involve heavy lifting and hard work.

If you work a Wednesday night shift you will not choose a drop-off time. You will bring your items that night and once everything is set up you will be able to bring your items in.

If you work Thursday night shift (4:30 – 9:00 PM) you may shop 3:30-4:15 PM.

If you work two shifts, you may shop Thursday at 4:30 PM.

If you work one shift, you may shop Thursday at 5:30 PM.

If you do not work a shift and are selling only, you may shop Thursday at 6:00 PM. No one will be let in after 9:00 PM and everyone must be in line by 9:15 PM.

When you come to work your shift, leave your purse or wallet in your vehicle. Put on an apron and nametag. After your shift, you will place your nametag in a bucket, which will give you credit for your shift.

Most dry cleaners will give you hangers for free.

Also, you might ask family or friends who use dry cleaning services to hold on to their hangers for you.

Everything that can go on hangers should.  Items are more likely to be bought if they are visible as people will often want to make sure there is no damage.  If possible put the hanger through the belt loop then pin, it will not fall off the hanger that way.  If it is a shirt that might slip off, put packing tape over the pin.  And shoes can go in a zip bag or zip tie them together.

When we break down at the end of the sale our workers look to the top left corner for the seller number.  That is how the item gets in the correct pile.  Also make sure there are numbers under your bar code, those are what we type in if the bar code will not scan!  Please do not use pricing guns, only safety pins.

Monday of sale week at midnight the sale will close & you can print your tags anytime, even after the sale is closed. Once the sale is closed you can not transfer or enter any more items.   You will not need a print code when you go into your account here.

Saturday from 4:00-5:00 PM. Anything remaining after 5:00 PM will be donated. You can pick up your check at inventory pick up or a final check will be mailed on the following Monday.
