Parking Lot Entrance Closure: Jan 9-11, 2019

Starting Wednesday afternoon (January 9, 2019), the main entrance into the church parking lot from Harrodsburg road will be closed. Please use the second entrance near the Historic Sanctuary. Work is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon through Friday (January 11, 2019), with full access restored for Sunday worship and activities. Below is a a video showing construction workers cutting into the pavement to extend the utility line, as well as a view of the construction site.

2018 Midyear Financial Update

By: Davis Marksbury, Treasurer South Elkhorn’s financial position remains in a strong condition as 2018 moves past the halfway mark. As of the beginning of July, giving was approximately 6.4% above expectations. Your generosity continues to be something to be commended. Development Update

A new residential and business development is underway to the north of the church, including an extension of Madrone Way from the Palomar neighborhood to the stoplight at Harrodsburg Road. As the new road is completed, traffic to the church will be diverted to the Historic Sanctuary entrance off Old Harrodsburg Road (See the image below). More updates on the timeline and pictures will be forthcoming as the project continues.

Youth Room Renovation
